On October 12th, I visited the machining workshop of Hubei Continental Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The machines roared to life as wheel blanks of various models were turned on twin-turret lathes before quickly moving to the milling line. Workers shuttled between the machines, expertly entering parameters. All 150 milling machines operated at full speed, engraving, grinding, and polishing the wheels according to customer orders. The entire process was efficient and intelligent.
Everyone has heard of the saying "Zhang Fei's embroidery—rough yet delicate." Behind me, these powerful machines are meticulously crafting wheels ranging from 15 inches to 30 inches. The internal rotation speed is currently reaching 1,500 revolutions per minute, yet touching the body is imperceptible. This high-precision equipment can produce over 5,000 wheel models and meet the personalized needs of consumers.
After meticulous polishing, numerous stylish and fashionable wheels have taken shape, ready for the final painting process. On the fully automated production line, an imported, fully automatic spray painting system, with a total investment of over 60 million yuan, acts like a beautician, applying three coats and three bakes to the wheels, completing their magnificent transformation.

Since the construction of the first phase of the project, more than 17,000 wheels can be produced per month. We have in-depth cooperation with many internationally renowned brands, and 80% of our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, Russia and other regions and countries.
In order to enable the company to "go into battle lightly", in the early stage of the company's production line construction, the county media center, county tax bureau and other project guarantee units took the initiative to provide services and implement factor guarantees, give full play to their own functional advantages, and simultaneously coordinate relevant departments to carry out technical talent recruitment activities, providing solid talent guarantees for the company's full-load production.

Hubei Continental Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s wheel manufacturing project, located in the Nanzhang Economic Development Zone, integrates wheel R&D, design, production, and sales. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and constructed in two phases, the project aims to become the largest forged wheel production base in Central China. The company currently holds 46 patented technologies. Its forged wheels are 30% lighter than cast wheels and 2-3 times stronger, meeting the needs of various specialized vehicles, including off-road vehicles, racing vehicles, and military vehicles.
The second phase of the project, with an estimated investment of 800 million yuan, will include one casting production line, three forging production lines, and a testing and R&D center. Production is expected to begin by the end of December this year. Once completed and operational, the two phases will produce one million wheels annually, generating an annual output value of 1 billion yuan and creating over 300 jobs.
