"The turning, milling, grinding, polishing, painting and other processing links have all been made intelligent." Wang Wei introduced that after the product is designed, it is also necessary to undergo impact, bending, fatigue testing, paint salt spray testing and dynamic balancing testing to strictly ensure product quality.
By 2024, Continental Wheels will produce over 40,000 wheels annually, generating an output value of over 60 million yuan, with exports to Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. The second phase of the project will begin production at the end of this month, with the construction of a new casting and processing workshop to enable independent production of wheel blanks. Upon completion, the company will be able to produce 1 million wheels annually, generating an annual output value of 1 billion yuan and creating over 300 jobs.
