Si Huaji, chief engineer of the second phase project of Hubei Mapai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., said: "When we designed the wiring for the transformer when the second phase of our project was put into production, it was quite far from our workshop. Because of the long wiring, our transformer has eight switches, each with four wires, so in total there are about 32 wires, which means each wire is 500 meters long, which is a relatively large project."
After understanding the company's electricity difficulties, State Grid Nanzhang County Power Supply Company took the initiative to provide door-to-door services, conducted on-site inspections and formulated a transformer relocation plan, planning to relocate the transformer, which was originally 500 meters away, to a location 3 meters away from the workshop building.
Hu Ying, deputy director of the Yongquan Power Supply Station of the State Grid Nanzhang County Power Supply Company, said: "At the time, we had two options. The first was to run a wire from a transformer 500 meters away to deliver electricity to the company. The second option was to relocate the transformer and build it directly on the factory floor. Considering the company's economic benefits and costs, and because of the certain losses associated with running wires, we chose the second option."
Considering the urgent need for electricity supply for the company's upcoming second-phase production plan, the power supply company quickly launched the green channel service mechanism. The transformer relocation work, which was originally expected to be completed in 10 days, was successfully completed in only 3 days, successfully saving the company more than 500,000 yuan in costs and effectively reducing the company's economic burden.
